Founder & CEO of LeadershipHR

Throughout his career as an HR leader, Patrick Lefebvre has operated at the intersection of people and business. With a passion for supporting employees and organizations, Patrick brings over 25 years of experience coaching executives and leaders, helping them gain insightful awareness and achieve more while navigating change. He collaborates with clients to deliver a transformational experience, guiding executives and businesses toward success through reflective thinking, candid feedback, and accountability.

Patrick enhances bench strength, staff retention, and inter-team communication for corporate clients, expedites decision-making in complex scenarios, improves team and employee performance, and boosts overall productivity and profitability. On an individual level, he coaches clients to increase self-awareness, self-confidence, and goal-setting clarity. He also facilitates personal growth planning, fostering more effective leadership behaviors, identifying and addressing limiting beliefs, and shifting mindsets to accomplish objectives.

About Lilian van Wijk

Director, LeadershipHR

Lilian van Wijk is a highly experienced executive in nonprofit organizations with over 25 years of demonstrated leadership in the child and family well-being industry. She has held key senior leadership roles throughout her career in child welfare and children’s mental health organizations.

Lilian's educational background includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a foundation in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto. She expanded her expertise by attending the Public Sector Executive Leadership Institute at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and completing clinical internships, including one at the Smith College School of Social Work.

Her diverse skills include strategic thinking, authentic leadership, team building, resilience, adaptability, and crisis management.

Lilian is passionate about empowering and inspiring others to achieve their potential and make a positive impact.
